A quick and savoury low calorie soup that you will make again.
Quick Tomato Soup
4 cups tomato juice
2 teaspoon(s) cornstarch dissolved in a little cold water
1 teaspoon roasted cumin seed powder
1 teaspoon ginger
I teaspoon garlic
1 tablespoon milk
salt and pepper to season.
Dissolve cornstarch in a tablespoon of cold water. Mix all ingredients execpt milk in a pot and bring to
a boil then turn down to a low heat and let it simmer for about 4 minutes. Add the milk and let it simmer again on
low heat for
about 3 minute.
Serve hot with breadsticks or croutons on top.
